Justice is card number eleven in the Major Arcana. Here we see a woman seated between two pillars. She is dressed in a rich red robe and in her left hand she holds the scales of justice. In her right hand she holds aloft the sword of decision. The pillars immediately bring to mind wisdom but we have to remember that this card is Justice, it is not Judgement.

The seated lady cannot bring about a judgement or decide for you where justice must be done. This is something that you must decide for yourself. If a matter is troubling you and you feel that you are being unfairly treated, then you need to make the decision as to whether to take action. You cannot let the situation go on and on. Action may be in the form of legal proceedings or it may be some sort of negotiation with someone who has the influence to make a decision and change the situation.

If this card comes up in a reading you will almost certainly know what is relates to. Now you must accept the cause and effect of previous actions and set your course for the future.

 

 
Your daily tarot card
There are times when all of us feel that we need some guidance in life, especially when we feel unsure about the path we're taking. A daily tarot card can often help you to see things a bit more clearly. There is no magic in this. What you are doing is drawing on your inner resources and strength. You are using your intuition and the illustration on the card to help you to see things in every possible light. I find that rather than relying on a computer to draw the daily card for me it's best to have an actual deck that I can draw a card from myself.
